How this course works
First, bookmark this page for easy access.
The “7 ways to healthy eating habits” course is organized into 7 core modules and a Reflection module.
Each module breaks down ancient Ayurvedic concepts and hacks into simple, practical explanations that have stood the test of time. Not surprisingly, modern nutrition science is starting to recognize and support several of these ancient practices.
In order to provide you with a multi-dimensional, real-life learning experience, each module contains bite-sized lessons in forms of videos, reading materials, and interactive experiences, which you can complete in 30 minutes or less per module.
You’ll understand what eating healthy actually means from an Ayurvedic perspective, and learn ancient wisdom about digestion, wholesome foods, when healthy foods become unhealthy, improper food combinations, eating for stress, a balanced diet the ayurvedic way, oral health and your digestion, and the truth behind popular habits, such as oil pulling, and more.
Since we encourage you to build new habits from the get-go and get support while you’re going through the program, you’ll be receiving new learning materials gradually. The in-between time will allow you to try a new healthy eating habit and see how it feels.
Every 3 days, one or two new modules will unlock for you so you have time to digest and assimilate the previous learnings (pun intended). You’ll be notified via email, or log in to your Red Pantz account to continue “7 ways to healthy eating habits”.
