Sustainability

Sustainability from ingredients to delivery.

From the beginning, sustainability has been a part of how we operate. Because we not only want to give you goodness in each box, but also with each box.

The MY24/7 by Red Pantz packaging is designed with both product integrity and environmental responsibility in mind.

Since day one, we have chosen supply chain partners that share our values: being intentional about how they grow, source, make, and deliver their ingredients and products.

On the ingredient side, we prioritize partners that follow sustainable and fair-trade practices.

And when it comes to our packaging, our choices follow 3 principles: minimize plastic use, prioritize natural materials, and use responsible packaging systems.

We continue to look for ways to make our sourcing, products, and delivery even more environmentally responsible. Our latest sustainability efforts include the transition of our tea labels to a paper facestock made from 100% post-consumer waste and our Second Life recycling program for our local customers.

Our packaging principles for sustainability

CHOSEN WITH YOU AND PLANET IN MIND

Our packaging choices include glass jars, bamboo or wooden spatulas, and 100% post-consumer recycled materials for our USDA-certified organic skincare, all chosen with the goal of minimizing plastic use. We also use eco-compostable pouches for our organic teas.

While we receive FSC-certified product boxes from our supply chain partners, we haven’t formally applied for the FSC certificate or license (yet). As such, you won’t see the FSC logo on our boxes.

Second Life. Our local recycling program.

Enjoy

We’re pleased to offer Second Life, our recycling program for our local customers. At this time, this program is only available to customers in or near the San Jose area.

Purchase any of our organic skincare products as you normally do. Enjoy it, then save the empty jar or bottle for recycling.

Protect

Take good care of the skincare jars and bottles, including the lids and caps. To participate in our program, jars and bottles must be returned without chips, cracks, or other damage.

Do not worry about the toner and spray pump, cleanser pump, or labelsthey aren’t part of the recycling program.

Return

Drop off your empty jar or bottle at our Campbell location, production facility, or at one of our events. Contact us at info@redpantz.com with any questions or to make an arrangement.

You don’t need to remove the label. We’ll handle that.

Save

As a thank you for supporting sustainability, get $1 off your next purchase for every qualifying and accepted jar or bottle. Your jars must be returned with the lids. You don’t need to have your toner and spray pump and cleanser pump to receive credit for returning the bottle.

Our sustainability journey

01 Red Pantz launches skincare in glass jars with wooden and bamboo spatulas.

02 We transition our teas from tea bags to loose-leaf, delivered in eco-compostable tea pouches.

03 We introduce custom shipping boxes made from partially recycled material.

04 Our skincare and teas become USDA certified organic, a certification that supports our sustainability initiatives by eliminating substances and practices that do not comply with USDA Organic standards.

05 We upgrade our skincare labels to 100% post-consumer recycled materials and our product boxes to FSC-certified boxes from our supply chain partners. However, we have not yet formally applied for our own FSC certificate or license.

06 We introduce sustainable skincare accessories, such as our bamboo pouch, reusable rose gold spatulas, and reusable cleansing pads.

07 We formalize our local recycling program under the name “Second Life”.

08 We transition our tea labels to 100% post-consumer waste.

And our journey continues…
