Charak Samhita, an ancient ayurvedic text, defines immunity as the strength to prevent disease manifestation and recurrence, resist disease progress and restrain severity.
I sat down with dr. Vivek Shanbhag, MD in ayurveda, licensed naturopathic doctor, ayurvedic medical expert, professor and best selling author for over 30 years, to dive into the topic of immunity with ayurveda.
